Very happy with the service from Snap Printing, easy to deal with and attention to detail was first class.

I went last week to get a poster printed and when I told the staff member I needed it the same day, he was very passive aggressive.The next week I needed 3 more posters printed, so I thought I’d give them a days notice this time, I was promised they’d be ready the next day, and they weren’t.When I collected, the price was $30 more than what was quoted. I was told they had emailed me a quote, ( the quote was given on paper to me in store, and I never received an email)When I asked the same staff member to check, again…very passive aggressive.I will never return, & I will never recommend it to anybody. Poor customer service, for a returning customer.

Allan & the team at SNAP Subiaco did a fantastic job with my product labels. Allan has a 'Can Do' attitude, is friendly, helpful and really listened to what I wanted without confusing me with printing jargon. Minimum run was not a problem which was wonderful as I have a few different products. My SNAP product labels look very professional, and are excellent quality which is so important for social media and selling my products online. SNAP Subiaco was much more affordable than the ridiculous prices quoted elsewhere. I will definitely be doing ALL my printing with SNAP Subiaco in future and thoroughly recommend them to others

Wow! I've had lots of experience printing over the years, but I can say without a doubt Snap Subi is the best experience I have ever had!! I needed lots of different things printed for a wedding, and Rachael was so beyond helpful and professional, it made the whole printing experience so easy. They did test prints, and even re-prints for free. She had great communication and I am so thankful for how easy they made the whole process :) Also, the prints were ready the next day! 10/10!!

The staff at the Subiaco store are always very helpful.They are also very understanding of the nature & sensitivity of our business.Even if working late to make sure our printing is available the next day, offering to come in & work over the Christmas break if we needed them.

I sent a query through the website and Rachael responded promptly and sent through a few options on my quote. I went into the office and she was very helpful in showing my the paper and branding options for my business. She helped adjust my logo and printed amazing business cards and gift vouchers in a couple days. I highly recommend Rachael, there was another gentleman there too and he was also very friendly.
